Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cervicarelabs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times:

United States, Canada, Europe, Australia: 7 - 15 business days.

Rest of the World: 10 - 25 business days.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will generally be active within 24-48 hours.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Cervicarelabs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Multiple Packages
Since our products are stored in multiple warehouses worldwide to ensure the fastest shipping possible, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please do not worry if you have received only part of your order; the rest is on its way.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at Cervicarelabs@atomicmail.io with photos of the product and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and paperwork before filing a claim.
7. Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please review your shipping address carefully before finalizing your order. If you realize you made a mistake, email us immediately at Cervicarelabs@atomicmail.io. If the order has already been processed, we may not be able to change the destination.
